We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, cost control, and compliance with safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from start to completion.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
- Ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance with approved drawings.
- Monitor material procurement, labour deployment, and contractor performance.
- Review project costs, billing, measurements, and variations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.




- Prepare MIS reports and update management on project status.
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely project handover.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–12 years of experience in building construction.
- Solid experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Good knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and quality control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Project / Primavera is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and meet project deadlines.
