Job Description – Sales Executive (International Voice Process)

Location: SAS Nagar ,Zirakpur, Punjab

Shift timings 2pm to 11.30 pm

( No cabs)

Preference to those with own conveyance.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: Up to Rs 45,000 per month + Performance Incentives (Up to Rs 1,20,000 per month)

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in the International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to convert leads into customers while delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers.

Convert qualified leads into successful sales through effective consultative selling.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Follow up with leads and customers to maximize conversions.

Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer support.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings,



and industry developments.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). 3–5 years of experience in International Sales or International Voice Process.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

Experience working with UK, US, Australian, or other international markets will be an advantage.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Confident and professional telephone etiquette.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
