- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across industries.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary packages and discuss joining dates with selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
