We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Porter on Call to manage operations across 3–6 Western Railway stations in the Mumbai Division. The role involves managing field teams, coordinating with railway officials, ensuring contract compliance, monitoring booking fulfillment, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations across assigned railway stations.
- Supervise Station Shift Supervisors and station porters.
- Manage staffing rosters for two shifts and emergency on-call coverage.
- Monitor booking fulfillment and porter response times.
- Coordinate with Station Managers, Station Superintendents, and railway officials.
- Ensure compliance with railway contracts and applicable labour regulations.
- Maintain police verification, medical fitness certificates, and employee ID documentation.
- Monitor bookings and performance KPIs through the Admin Portal.
- Prepare station-wise reports and weekly performance summaries.




- Resolve operational issues and minimize customer complaints and contractual penalties.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field operations, logistics, transportation, or ground facility management.
- Railway or airport operations experience preferred.
- Robust leadership, team management, and crisis resolution skills.
- Familiarity with mobile admin portals and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi.

Reporting To: Project Director / Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Employment Type: Full-time.

Pay: ₹621,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
