Job Description
We are hiring an Email Lead Generation Executive with hands-on experience in prospect research, business email finding, data extraction, and cold email campaigns. The role focuses on building accurate B2B prospect lists, identifying decision-makers, managing email outreach campaigns, and generating qualified leads for business growth.

If you have experience using email-finding tools, extracting business data, and running bulk email campaigns, this role offers an opportunity to apply your skills to targeted B2B lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract targeted business leads from Google Maps, company websites, online directories, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources
- Find business email addresses using company names, domains, websites, phone lists, and available prospect data
- Identify relevant decision-makers, including business owners, founders, CEOs, directors, and marketing heads
- Use email-finding, AI-powered prospecting, and data-enrichment tools to discover relevant contacts
- Verify email addresses, remove invalid records, and maintain accurate B2B prospect databases
- Build and segment lead lists by industry, location, company type, and target audience
- Execute daily bulk cold email campaigns to reach relevant business prospects
- Set up automated email sequences, follow-ups, and campaign workflows
- Use AI tools to support prospect research, email personalization, and campaign preparation
- Monitor email deliverability, bounce rates, replies, sender reputation, and campaign performance
- Track positive responses,



qualified leads, and opportunities generated through outreach
- Maintain unsubscribe, suppression, and exclusion lists to support responsible email outreach

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Email Lead Generation, Cold Email Outreach, B2B Data Research, Data Extraction, Prospect Research, or Email Marketing is preferred.
