Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day field operations, site execution, client documentation, and DISCOM liaison processes across Kota and neighboring regions. In this role, you will play a critical part in bridging field engineering with administrative workflows—ensuring smooth net-metering approvals with JSEDCL / JVVNL (Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd), bank loan processing, site supervision, and flawless project delivery for our solar installations.

Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas (KRAs)1. Site Supervision & Execution

- Supervise on-site installation quality, mechanical/electrical assembly, and safety compliance across solar project sites in Kota.
- Coordinate with field engineers, technicians, and local contractors to ensure project execution adheres to engineering designs and timelines.
- Conduct post-installation quality audits and resolve field execution bottlenecks.

2. Detailed Engineering Visits (DEV)

- Perform detailed technical site assessments and engineering surveys (DEV) prior to project execution.
- Capture accurate roof measurements, shadow analysis, structural feasibility, and cable routing details.
- Coordinate with the internal engineering/design team to provide exact site inputs for Bill of Materials (BOM) finalization.

3. Net Metering & JVVNL Liaisoning

- Manage end-to-end net-metering applications and documentation submission via the JVVNL (RajSSP / Energy Portal) and local subdivision/circle offices in Kota.
- Follow up with DISCOM officials for meter testing,



site inspections, sanctioned load verification, approval generation, and timely net-meter installation/commissioning.

4. Bank Loan, Load Enhancement & Name Transfer Facilitation

- Facilitate consumer solar loan documentation and coordinate with bank/NBFC partners (including PM Surya Ghar portal integrations) for faster sanctioning and disbursals.
- Handle customer documentation and application filing for DISCOM load change (enhancement/reduction) and electricity bill name transfer requirements prior to net-metering.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on operational or field engineering experience within the Solar EPC industry.
- Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- DISCOM Exposure: Robust familiarity with JVVNL net-metering policies, portal procedures, and local circle/sub-division approval workflows in Rajasthan.
- Technical & Administrative Skills: Good understanding of solar PV system components, basic AutoCAD/sketch review skills, MS Office/Excel, and documentation management.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for regular field visits, site supervision, and JVVNL coordination across Kota.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Net-metering application approval & commissioning turnaround time (TAT) with JVVNL
- Accuracy of Detailed Engineering Visits (DEV) and preliminary site reports
- On-time project delivery and site execution compliance
- Loan sanction/disbursal facilitation efficiency
