We Are Hiring: Real Estate Recruiter!

Real Estate DRIVEN is seeking a motivated, results-driven Real Estate Recruiter to help expand our growing Texas-based real estate firm.

We are looking for an individual who understands the real estate industry, enjoys building professional relationships, and has the ability to identify, engage, and recruit real estate agents.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong recruiting, sales, and follow-up skills who can independently manage the recruiting process from initial outreach through successful enrollment.

This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation, ideal for recruiters who are confident in their ability to generate results.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and recruit licensed real estate agents interested in joining our firm.
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective agents.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, phone calls, emails, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Communicate the firm's opportunities, benefits, and professional growth potential.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings with interested agents.
- Follow up consistently with prospective recruits to encourage registrations and enrollments.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records, candidate information, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with real estate professionals.
- Work toward established weekly and monthly recruiting targets.
- Provide regular updates on recruiting activities, candidate engagement, and enrollment results.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or business development.
- Real estate recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the Texas real estate industry is a plus.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruiting prospects.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus, but not required.
