AI Full-Stack / Agentic AI Developer

Redwine Digital is looking for an experienced AI Full-Stack / Agentic AI Developer to build Hermes AI, an advanced AI-powered Content Operating System.

Hermes AI is designed to research trends, identify content opportunities, plan content, generate scripts and media, perform quality checks, obtain human approval, publish content to YouTube, analyze performance, and continuously improve.

The selected developer will work on AI agents, LLMs, workflow orchestration, automation, backend, frontend, APIs, AI media integrations and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop the Hermes AI Brain / AI CEO architecture.
- Build AI agents and intelligent workflows using LangGraph / LangChain.
- Develop backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Develop the web dashboard using Next.js, React and TypeScript.
- Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini and other LLM providers.
- Build AI-powered research, trend detection and content opportunity systems.
- Build content planning, scripting and production workflows.
- Integrate AI image, video, voice, music and editing services.
- Integrate YouTube Data API for video upload, scheduling, metadata and analytics.
- Implement human approval workflows and automated QA.
- Build memory, knowledge and learning systems.
- Develop provider-independent APIs and a reusable Capability/Tool Bus.
- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, object storage and background jobs.
- Implement authentication, permissions, security and audit logging.
- Build scalable architecture suitable for a future multi-tenant SaaS platform.
- Implement Docker-based development and cloud deployment.
- Monitor system performance, errors, costs and AI workflow execution.
- Continuously evaluate new AI technologies and integrate helpful capabilities.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can think beyond traditional software development and understand AI agents, orchestration, automation and scalable system architecture.

You should be capable of converting a requirement such as:

Research → Analyze → Plan → Create → QA → Human Approval → Publish → Analyze → Learn

into a reliable production-ready software system.

You should be comfortable working independently, solving complex technical problems and using modern AI coding tools to accelerate development.

Important

This is not a basic chatbot or CRUD development role.

The selected candidate will work on a serious Agentic AI + Full-Stack + Automation platform and will have significant ownership of the technical implementation.

Experience

4–8 years overall software development experience.

Candidates with strong practical experience in Agentic AI / LLM / AI automation / LangGraph will be preferred.

Selection Process

Candidates may be required to complete a practical technical assessment involving an AI workflow, API integration or agentic system design.
