What You’ll Do

- Manage end-to-end Indirect Procurement & Purchase
- Handle MRO, Consumables, Plant & Engineering Services, IT, Packaging, Facility/Admin, Oils & Lubricants
- Vendor development, evaluation & relationship management
- Price negotiation, cost reduction & savings initiatives
- Contract management & procurement compliance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders/users to ensure timely execution
- Manage MIS, spend analysis & budget control
- Drive process improvement, automation & digital procurement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of hands-on Indirect Procurement experience
- Solid negotiation, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Vendor management & contract management experience
- Working knowledge of SAP/ERP & procurement tools
- Exposure to multiple indirect procurement categories
- Hands-on,



ground-level execution mindset with end-to-end ownership
- Comfortable taking challenges, solving problems and getting things done
- Automotive / Engineering / Gear Manufacturing experience – Mandatory

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree | Mechanical Engineering preferred
CTC: As per market standards, skills & experience
