- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a technical environment / EMS, SMT Indusrty
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Customer-oriented mindset and passion for delivering high-quality service

Job Description





This is a full time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Support Engineer. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, answering their queries and resolving their issues. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and provide solutions, and will work closely with the development / Support team to ensure smooth product delivery, Installation and Commissioning and After Sales Support.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
