Guest Relationship Executive (Ladies)

Salary Package: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Department: Customer Relations / Guest Relations

Work Location: Jewellery Showroom

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Guest Relationship Executive to provide a welcoming and premium experience to guests visiting our showroom. The candidate will independently manage guest interactions at the showroom, ensuring excellent communication, personalised attention, and high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon their arrival at the showroom.

- Engage with customers in a polite, professional, and friendly manner.

- Understand guest requirements and ensure a smooth and pleasant showroom experience.

- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and attentive service.

- Handle guest queries and coordinate with the showroom team whenever required.

- Maintain qualified etiquette, grooming standards, and a positive attitude.

- Ensure every guest receives personalised attention and feels valued.

- Independently manage guest relationship activities within the showroom.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

- Candidates with relevant customer-facing experience: Any recognised Bachelor's degree.

- Freshers without prior work experience: Postgraduate degree is mandatory.





- Postgraduates with relevant experience are also eligible.

Experience:

- Candidates with experience in customer relations, guest relations, hospitality, front office, premium retail, or similar customer-facing roles are preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude may also apply, subject to the educational criteria.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Pleasant personality with a warm and welcoming approach.

- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

- Confidence in interacting with different types of customers.

- Professional appearance, grooming, and etiquette.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of guest interactions.

- Fluency in English and the local language is preferred.

Compensation

Salary Package: Up to ₹35,000 per month, depending on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
