About the Role
Artfills Online Learning is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller / Sales Associate to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in telecalling or inside sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote online learning programs.
- Handle incoming inquiries and explain courses, features, and benefits.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to convert prospects into enrollments.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and enrollment goals.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers and provide timely assistance.
- Coordinate with the team to improve lead conversion and sales performance.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or telesales.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Experience in education sales or online learning platforms will be an advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC of ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
