Job Description

- Handle end-to-end import banking activities and documentation.
- Coordinate with banks for opening, amending, and processing Letters of Credit (LCs).
- Process advance payments, foreign remittances, and import payments to overseas suppliers.
- Manage import documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and Bills of Entry.
- Coordinate with banks, overseas vendors, freight forwarders, and customs clearing agents.
- Monitor payment due dates, LC validity, document discrepancies, and bank charges.
- Handle foreign exchange transactions and coordinate with banks for applicable exchange rates.
- Maintain import payment records, bank documentation, and supplier account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable RBI, FEMA, DGFT, and customs regulations.
- Support internal and statutory audits by maintaining accurate records.
- Prepare import payment reports and banking status updates for management.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
