Hiring: Welding Engineer
Location: Gandhinagar
Experience: 3–8 Years
Industry: Pressure Vessel / Heat Exchanger / Heavy Fabrication

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review WPS, PQR, and WPQ as per ASME Section IX.
- Provide welding support for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors, and piping fabrication.
- Ensure compliance with ASME Section VIII, welding standards, and customer specifications.
- Monitor welding parameters, consumables, preheat, PWHT, and weld quality.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, NDT, Design, and Project teams.
- Handle welder qualification, welding documentation, inspections, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Welding Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in pressure vessel or heavy fabrication.
- Solid knowledge of ASME Section IX & VIII, WPS/PQR/WPQ, welding processes, NDT, and PWHT.
- Experience in ASME U Stamp projects preferred.
- Knowledge of stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel welding is an advantage.
