Key Responsibilites

- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations, maintaining store's upkeep, and operational efficiency.
- Drive sales performance by achieving monthly and annual targets while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and conversions.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience.
- Maintain the brand’s luxury standards, visual merchandising, and overall store aesthetic.
- Manage, train,



and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high-performance work environment.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
- Stay updated with luxury fashion trends and customer preferences.
- English is required; Hindi and Punjabi are a plus.

- Experience in retail, preferably luxury/fashion/wedding wear

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
