Assistant Manager – Job Description

- Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
- Recruit, train, and develop recent staff and trainers.
- Monitor daily sales performance and team productivity.
- Support the Branch Manager in daily operations and business growth.
- Maintain discipline, motivation, and teamwork.
- Develop effective strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Build a strong team and prepare future leaders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
