About the Role :

We are looking for an ambitious and driven 360° Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of recruitment experience who wants to build a successful career in the UK healthcare recruitment market.

As a 360° Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from developing client relationships to sourcing and placing top healthcare professionals. You will play a key role in supporting healthcare providers across the UK by connecting them with high-quality candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing :

· Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle – business development, client management, candidate sourcing, and placement.

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with UK healthcare clients, care homes, NHS trusts, and private healthcare providers.

· Sourcing and screening candidates such as Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

· Advertising roles on LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment platforms to attract top talent.





· Conducting candidate interviews and pre-employment screening.

· Managing the compliance process including DBS, Right to Work, references, and mandatory training checks.

· Coordinating interviews, placements, and shift bookings with clients.

· Negotiating pay rates, contracts, and placement terms.

· Maintaining accurate records using ATS / CRM recruitment systems.

· Achieving monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For :

- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within UK healthcare recruitment.

- Experience working in a 360° recruitment role (client management + candidate sourcing).

- Understanding of UK healthcare compliance requirements such as DBS and Right to Work checks.

- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment tools.

- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced setting.

- Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience recruiting for care homes, domiciliary care, or NHS clients.

- Knowledge of Master vendor portals.

- Experience managing high-volume healthcare recruitment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
