Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Frappe Developer to customize, develop, and maintain our Frappe/ERPNext platform, automate business processes, and improve system efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Frappe applications, ERPNext, and HRMS modules.
- Build custom DocTypes, workflows, reports, dashboards, and forms.
- Develop and maintain APIs and third-party integrations.
- Automate business processes to reduce manual work.
- Troubleshoot bugs, resolve technical issues, and optimize system performance.
- Manage role-based permissions, access controls, and data security.
- Handle server deployment, updates, backups, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and other teams to understand requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide user support.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
- Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.




- Experience with MariaDB/MySQL and SQL queries.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of Git, Linux, and server deployment.
- Experience with workflow automation, reports, and custom app development.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience customizing ERPNext or Frappe HRMS.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, employee lifecycle, or other business workflows.
- Experience integrating ERP systems with external applications.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
