Designer Job Description:

Position: Digital Marketing / social media Manager

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Digital Marketing & Social Media

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and paid advertising
- Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Promote our clinic and bring good revenue
- Interviewing the doctors and updating in various social media platform
- Oversee content strategy for websites, blogs, social media, and landing pages
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, budgets, KPIs, and ROI
- Create and publish engaging content (images, video, written) in line with brand tone and guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaigns.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely execution of social media posts and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with current social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Manage marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and lead nurturing campaigns
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, and digital best practices

Branding: Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity.
Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all platforms.





Creative Conceptualization: Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual communication.
Translate conceptual ideas into visual designs.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to understand design requirements and objectives.
Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with web design tools and platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing , Web Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
- Solid portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficient in design software and tools.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Stay informed about design trends and industry best practices.
