We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and student-focused TGT English Teacher to teach English to middle school students (Classes VI–X). The ideal candidate should have strong English language proficiency, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and critical-thinking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, literature, reading comprehension, and creative writing.
- Develop students’ spoken English, communication, and presentation skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, question papers, and assignments.
- Integrate activity-based learning, project-based learning (PBL), and digital teaching tools.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback and remedial support.
- Maintain academic records, student portfolios, and assessment data.
- Encourage reading habits, creative expression, debates, storytelling, and literary activities.
- Maintain discipline and create an inclusive, positive classroom environment.
- Coordinate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership regarding student progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Educational Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in English from a recognised university.
- B.Ed. from a recognised institution.
- CTET/TET qualification preferred, as applicable.

Experience

- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or reputed school preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Robust command of English grammar, literature, and pedagogy.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, assessment, and academic documentation.
- Familiarity with CBSE guidelines, NEP 2020, and competency-based education.
- Basic IT skills and the ability to use AI tools and digital learning platforms effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional etiquette, and a team-oriented approach.
