- Languages Required: English + Kannada + Any One South Indian Language (Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam).

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and communicate effectively in English, Kannada, and one additional South Indian language.
- Assist customers with their queries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain skilled communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills in English,



Kannada, and any one South Indian language.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
