Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support & Retention Executive to handle customer queries, maintain relationships, and improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage service renewals.
- Handle customer concerns and minimize cancellations.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.




- Maintain customer records and follow-up reports.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with solid follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and spreadsheets.
- Prior experience in customer support or retention is an advantage.
