Job Description (JD) – QC Officer Fresher

Department: Quality Control (QC) Industry: Pharmaceutical Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)

Job Responsibilities

- Perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products under supervision.
- Assist in laboratory testing as per approved specifications and Standard Testing Procedures (STP).
- Maintain laboratory records, worksheets, logbooks, and analytical data.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Assist in the preparation and handling of laboratory reagents and solutions.
- Support instrument calibration, verification, and maintenance activities.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the QC laboratory.
- Report any out-of-specification (OOS) or abnormal test results to the senior QC team.
- Ensure proper sample labeling, storage, and documentation.




- Assist senior analysts in routine QC laboratory activities.

Educational Qualification

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry
- Relevant pharmaceutical or chemical laboratory qualification.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of GMP, GLP, and laboratory safety.
- Understanding of basic analytical and chemical testing.
- Positive documentation and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn laboratory instruments and testing procedures.

- Candidates should be detail-oriented and willing to work in a team.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
