Primary English Teacher (Grades I–V)

- Academic Planning: Prepare and implement lesson plans aligned with CBSE learning outcomes and ensure timely syllabus completion.
- English Language Development: Strengthen Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing (LSRW) skills through interactive and competency-based teaching.
- Reading Proficiency: Conduct regular reading assessments and improve students' phonics, fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary and comprehension.
- Notebook Corrections: Ensure timely correction of classwork, homework and worksheets, with constructive feedback and follow-up.
- Assessments: Prepare question papers, revision worksheets and rubrics; conduct assessments and analyse student performance.
- Remedial Teaching: Identify learning gaps, conduct remedial classes and maintain student-wise progress records.
- Student Documentation: Maintain portfolios, anecdotal records, assessment reports and academic progress trackers.
- Parent Communication: Conduct mentor calls,



participate in PTMs and communicate students' progress and concerns.
- School ERP: Update MCB regularly, including homework, assessments and other assigned academic records.
- Language Enrichment: Organise storytelling, recitation, Spell Bee, creative writing, reading challenges and public speaking activities.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline, student engagement, safety and a positive learning environment.
- Qualified Accountability: Attend meetings and training programmes, meet academic deadlines and carry out assigned school responsibilities.

Key Expectations: Timely syllabus completion, improved English proficiency, regular notebook corrections, measurable student progress, effective remedial support and accurate academic documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
