Job DescriptionAbout the Role:

Join our newly established Information Security & Risk (ISR) platform within the Data, Developer XP, Architecture, Asset & AI (DAA) department. You will act as the vital bridge between business stakeholders and software development teams, translating requirements into technical specifications, driving quality assurance, and managing L3 production support for complex investment banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Requirement Elicitation: Gather, translate, and document business needs into clear functional specifications, technical requirements, and process flows.
- SDLC & Quality Assurance: Drive the test planning and qualification strategy; ensure robust quality assurance before transitioning systems to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- L3 Support & Troubleshooting: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents; provide technical optimizations for post-deployment stability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global IT teams, Squad Leaders, and Operation Managers to align back-end systems with front-end interfaces.
- Agile Delivery: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) using JIRA (Scrum/Kanban).
- Compliance & Risk: Adhere to financial regulatory frameworks, local compliance manuals, and annual certification mandates.

Candidate RequirementsExperience & Education:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in software/system analysis, supporting the development of enterprise-wide complex information systems.
- Experience in an Investment Banking or Global Capability Center (GCC)



/ Captive environment is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Technical & Process Skills:

- Robust experience in requirement elicitation, gathering, and drafting functional/technical specifications (Use Cases, Process Flows).
- Proven track record in Quality Assurance, including test planning, strategy preparation, and execution leading up to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Hands-on experience in L3 production support, incident management, and troubleshooting complex software systems.
- Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project cycle methodologies.
- Proficiency in Agile tooling, specifically JIRA (Scrum/Kanban) and Microsoft Office productivity suites.

Core Competencies:

- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a highly organized, detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player comfortable partnering across global geographies and cross-functional IT/non-IT teams.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills:

- Functional experience in Project Management basics (Scope Estimation, Planning, Delivery, and Closure).
- Foundational knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts, user access controls, and system security best practices.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,400,000.00 per year
