We are looking for an AI-Powered Lead Generation Executive to research businesses, identify relevant decision-makers, and build accurate, targeted B2B lead lists using AI tools, search engines, business directories, LinkedIn, and other online research platforms.

The role focuses on finding potential business prospects based on defined targeting criteria, collecting and verifying practical company and contact information, and using AI-assisted research to improve the speed, accuracy, and relevance of lead generation.

You will help the sales and business development team identify potential customers by turning online research into organized, actionable lead databases. The ideal candidate can distinguish relevant prospects from random data, use AI tools effectively, and maintain consistent data quality while handling research tasks.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with experience in lead generation, B2B prospect research, data research, LinkedIn research, business databases, or AI-assisted research will be preferred.

Previous experience in a specific job title is not mandatory. Practical research ability, effective use of AI tools, attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate, relevant lead lists are more important.

- Strong attention to detail when checking information accuracy, identifying duplicate records, and maintaining reliable lead databases.
- The ability to organize, categorize, and maintain lead information in spreadsheets, Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM systems.
- A basic understanding of B2B sales, target audiences, ideal customer profiles, and the importance of lead quality.
- The ability to follow defined research criteria, manage assigned tasks, and deliver consistent research output.
- A willingness to learn new AI tools, research techniques, and lead-generation workflows to improve productivity and data quality.
