About Hammonds Flycatcher

Hammonds Flycatcher is a growing bags, wallets, belts, and leather accessories brand selling across major e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other online channels. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS & E-Commerce Operations Executive who can manage raw marketplace data, prepare accurate business reports, handle day-to-day marketplace operations, and coordinate inventory and shipments.

Job Responsibilities

1. MIS & Data Management

- Download, process, clean, and consolidate raw data from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Analyse SKU-wise sales, returns, orders, cancellations, inventory, and marketplace performance.
- Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and operational databases.
- Prepare reports for management to support business decisions.
- Identify data discrepancies, sales trends, slow-moving products, and stock shortages.
- Reconcile marketplace reports and highlight operational issues.

2. Amazon & Flipkart Account Management

- Handle day-to-day Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub operations.
- Monitor orders, sales, returns, cancellations, listing issues, and account health.
- Track SKU-wise and warehouse-wise inventory availability.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor product listings, pricing, stock status, and order processing.

3. Inventory & Shipment Planning

- Plan and coordinate shipments to Amazon FBA and other marketplace warehouses based on inventory requirements.
- Analyse sales velocity, available stock, pending shipments, and warehouse inventory to determine replenishment quantities.
- Prepare shipment plans, SKU-wise picking lists, packing lists, labels, and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, packing, production,



and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
- Track shipment status, delivery, and warehouse receiving.
- Maintain shipment records and identify delays, shortages, or receiving discrepancies.

4. Excel & Reporting

- Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF, Pivot Tables, filters, and data validation.
- Handle large datasets and combine multiple reports into a single, accurate MIS.
- Create automated Excel reports and dashboards wherever possible.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce MIS, marketplace operations, or inventory management.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and data processing.
- Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Understanding of SKU-level inventory, order management, warehouse operations, and shipment planning.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and meet daily reporting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Myntra or other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Knowledge of Amazon FBA replenishment and marketplace warehouse shipments.
- Experience with ERP, OMS, WMS, or inventory management software.
- Knowledge of Power Query, Excel automation, or Power BI will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We need a hands-on qualified who can independently manage raw marketplace data, convert it into meaningful MIS reports, and take responsibility for daily e-commerce operations and shipment planning.

The ideal candidate should not only prepare reports but also understand what the numbers mean and take the necessary operational steps based on the data.

Salary

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience, Excel proficiency, and practical marketplace knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
