Job Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings.
- Issue, reissue, and cancel flight tickets.
- Manage ticket changes, refunds, and reservations.
- Check flight schedules, availability, and fares.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries.
- Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Experience in airline ticketing or the travel industry is preferred.
- Positive communication and computer skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
