Job Summary:
The Inventory Officer is responsible for monitoring and managing stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records, and coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to maintain productive stock control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
- Track stock levels and ensure availability of products
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and audits
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods
- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory
- Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Coordinate with procurement for reordering stock
- Implement inventory control procedures and systems
- Minimize stock loss, damage, and wastage
- Maintain proper documentation of inventory transactions
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
