We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Operations team as a Sr. Associate - New Business Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth and expansion within the Operations department. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure seamless execution of recent business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of driving growth and innovation in a fast-paced workplace.

What does the job entail?

- Develop and implement new business operations strategies to drive growth and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development initiatives
- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify areas of opportunity and potential risks
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
- Create and manage business cases, proposals,



and presentations to pitch new business opportunities
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and best practices
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with new business initiatives
