- Manage day-to-day operations of the cinema during shifts
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Supervise and coordinate staff, including duty allocation and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and operational standards
- Handle cash operations, reports, and shift handovers
- Coordinate with technical, housekeeping, and security teams
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management / Management preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or cinema operations
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
