Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Manager to oversee daily showroom operations in the home and electrical appliances industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Floor and Showroom Management

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise floor activities and ensure all sections are properly maintained.
- Ensure products are displayed attractively, with correct pricing and promotional information.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, discipline, and professional presentation.
- Ensure staff members follow company policies and operational procedures.

2. Sales Team Management

- Supervise, guide, and motivate sales executives to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
- Allocate duties and monitor the performance of sales staff.
- Train team members on product features, specifications, pricing, and customer-handling techniques.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Support sales executives in handling difficult customer queries and closing sales.

3. Customer Service and Sales

- Assist customers in selecting suitable home and electrical appliances based on their requirements and budget.
- Ensure customers receive accurate information about product features, specifications, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets and improving conversion rates.
- Promote suitable products, offers, and complementary accessories to increase sales.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.

Product and Inventory Management

- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team.
- Ensure products are properly labelled, displayed, and stored.
- Track rapid-moving and slow-moving products and report stock requirements to management.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and verify product availability before confirming customer orders.
- Ensure proper handling of appliances and report damaged, defective, or missing items.
- Coordinate product delivery and installation requirements with the concerned departments.

5. Billing and Order Coordination

- Coordinate with the billing team to ensure accurate invoicing and smooth order processing.
- Verify product details, quantities, prices, discounts, and applicable offers.
- Monitor pending customer orders, deliveries, and installation schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation of sales, returns, exchanges, and warranty-related requests.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve billing and order-related issues.

6. Sales Reporting and Performance Monitoring

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Track sales targets, customer footfall, conversion rates, and team productivity.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales,



customer satisfaction, and showroom performance.
- Maintain records of customer feedback, complaints, and pending issues.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer-handling and communication abilities.
- Good understanding of retail sales and showroom operations.
- Knowledge of home appliances and electrical appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, televisions, air conditioners, and other consumer electrical products.
- Sales target management and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and billing software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with relevant retail sales and showroom management experience will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales, showroom operations, or floor management.
- Experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, or electrical appliance showrooms will be an advantage.
- Previous experience supervising a sales team and handling sales targets is preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, commercially aware, and capable of managing a showroom floor independently. The candidate must be comfortable supervising a sales team, handling customer escalations, coordinating inventory and billing, and ensuring that sales and operational targets are achieved.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
