RacknSell is a fast-growing B2B platform for facility and office supplies, serving mid-to-large enterprises across India. We act as one stop solution for companies to supply them products across 40+ categories.

Role Objective

Drive new customer acquisition AND continuous RFQ flow from onboarded clients to build a predictable and growing revenue pipeline. Generating leads is an essential part of the job.

Key Responsibilities

1. Current Account Acquisition - Identify and onboard new B2B clients (mid to large size corporates)

- Generate Leads via lead generating platforms, LinkedIn, referrals etc
- Do Cold calling, emailing to reach out
- Pitch RacknSell’s value proposition and acquire clients
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and active accounts
- Ensure high activity levels (calls, follow-ups, meetings)

2. Account Development (Early-Stage Farming) - Ensure first few RFQs are successfully converted

- Build strong relationships with procurement/admin teams




- Actively follow up to understand recurring requirements
- Encourage clients to route their regular purchasing through RacknSell
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure competitive pricing and timely responses
- Follow up on submitted quotes to maximize conversion

Experience

- 1–3 years in B2B sales / business development specifically lead generation
- Experience in repeat purchase categories (eCommerce, distribution, consumables) preferred

Skills

- Strong cold calling and lead generation ability
- Excellent follow-up discipline and persistence
- Ability to build relationships with procurement stakeholders
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and opportunities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- B2B lead generation: 1 year (Required)
- use of lead generation platforms: 1 year (Required)
