Bansal Motors is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager – Spare Parts to manage and oversee daily branch operations, spare parts sales, inventory management, procurement, stock control, customer relationships, and team performance.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of automobile spare parts, preferably in the commercial vehicle (CV) segment, with proven experience in branch operations, sales growth, inventory optimization, and profitability management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the spare parts branch.
- Drive spare parts sales and achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Manage inventory, stock availability, replenishment, and stock movement.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving spare parts.
- Plan procurement and coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and vendors.
- Maintain optimum stock levels and minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Monitor branch revenue, gross margins, operating costs, and profitability.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the spare parts sales and warehouse team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and fleet operators.
- Coordinate with service, workshop, accounts, and sales departments.
- Ensure accurate billing, stock records, documentation, and physical stock audits.
- Monitor customer enquiries, order fulfilment, pending orders, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, targets, and branch performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; an automobile or supply chain qualification is preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in automobile spare parts operations or sales management.
- Experience in commercial vehicle (CV) spare parts will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spare parts identification, inventory control, procurement, and stock management.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve branch profitability.
- Experience in team handling, customer relationship management, and vendor coordination.
- Working knowledge of ERP/inventory management software and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and meet business targets.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000, based on experience and suitability.
