Entire Tech Services is hiring for a technology partner in India for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer – DevOps.

We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow professional with strong experience in ServiceNow DevOps, CI/CD, automation, integrations, and ServiceNow development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement and manage ServiceNow DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Work with ServiceNow DevOps, DevOps Change Velocity and DevOps Change Automation
- Integrate ServiceNow with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, GitHub and Bitbucket
- Implement automated code deployment and release management
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript and Glide API
- Work with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and ACLs
- Design workflows and automation using Flow Designer
- Manage source-control integration and update-set management
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations
- Work with IntegrationHub and MID Server
- Follow CI/CD, version-control, release and deployment best practices
- Support ITIL Change, Release and Deployment processes
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 8+ years of development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow DevOps




- Experience with DevOps Change Velocity / DevOps Change Automation
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jenkins
- Experience with Git, GitHub and/or Bitbucket
- Solid JavaScript and Glide API knowledge
- Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes and ACLs
- Experience with Flow Designer / Workflows
- Experience with IntegrationHub and MID Server
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Understanding of ITIL Change, Release and Deployment processes

Preferred Candidate

- 8+ years of relevant development experience
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Strong ServiceNow DevOps and CI/CD background
- Experience working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Location: Pune or Bangalore, India
Salary: depending on experience and technical fit.
