Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect / Technical Lead to lead the architecture, design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Flow, integrations, APIs, DevOps, and enterprise application architecture.

This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, solution architecture skills, and technical leadership. The candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical discussions, managing delivery, and mentoring Salesforce engineering teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Solution Architecture & Development

- Lead the architecture, design, and technical implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Design scalable and maintainable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Develop and review Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical designs.
- Define technical architecture, integration patterns, data models, and implementation approaches.
- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, governor limits, security standards, and enterprise architecture principles.

Technical Delivery & Leadership

- Own Salesforce technical delivery from solution design through deployment and production support.
- Lead architecture workshops, technical design sessions, estimation, and sprint planning.
- Provide technical direction to Salesforce developers and engineering teams.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks and define mitigation strategies.
- Review technical deliverables and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.

Integration & Data Management

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.




- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce APIs, middleware, Platform Events, and event-driven architectures.
- Define integration patterns for real-time and batch data exchange.
- Support data migration, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with integration and enterprise architecture teams to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.

Quality Engineering & Testing

- Establish coding standards, code review processes, and quality controls.
- Conduct technical and code reviews to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production readiness activities.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate defect resolution.
- Ensure appropriate test coverage and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
- Promote automation and continuous integration practices.

DevOps & Release Management

- Design and support CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Manage version control, branching strategies, and release processes.
- Support Salesforce environment management across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Coordinate deployment activities and resolve deployment-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, governance, audit, and release management standards.

Technical Architecture & Continuous Improvement

- Conduct architecture reviews and provide recommendations for platform scalability and optimization.
- Evaluate existing Salesforce solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive technical modernization and engineering excellence.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
- Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture patterns, and emerging technologies.

Required Technical Skills

- 8+ years of overall software development experience.




- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and solution architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL / SOSL
- Salesforce Flow
- Platform Events
- Salesforce APIs
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- REST / SOAP Integrations
- CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, governor limits, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions and integration architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
- Experience with Contact Center and Customer Experience (CX) integrations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with NICE CXone.
- Experience working with AI/GenAI solutions integrated with Salesforce.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation or modernization programs.
