Job Responsibilities

1. Day-to-Day Accounting

- Maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Maintain cash book, bank book, journal entries, and general ledger.
- Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations.

2. GST & Taxation

- Handle GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records and ensure proper ITC documentation.
- Coordinate with external consultants for GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.

3. Accounts Receivable & Payable

- Maintain dealer and customer ledgers.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with dealers for overdue balances.
- Monitor supplier payments and maintain accounts payable records.
- Prepare outstanding reports, ageing reports, and payment schedules.

4. Inventory & Stock Accounting

- Maintain purchase and stock-related accounting records.
- Reconcile inventory records with physical stock reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to resolve stock and billing discrepancies.

5. Financial Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports.
- Assist in preparing profit and loss statements and other financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits.




- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

6. General Responsibilities

- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
- Maintain organized accounting files and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with management, sales, warehouse, and other departments.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience with dealer accounting, inventory accounting, and bank reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Honest, reliable, and well-organized.
- Capable of working independently and maintaining accurate records.
- Comfortable coordinating with dealers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Familiarity with trading, distribution, or wholesale businesses will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
