- Client Onboarding & Retention: Assist senior managers in onboarding current clients and maintaining high satisfaction levels to prevent client churn. • Portfolio Management: Learn to analyze client profiles, financial health, or business goals to recommend tailored products (e.g., loans, investments, SaaS tools, or insurance packages). • Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell additional products or premium services to the existing client base. • Query Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for client issues, coordinating with internal backend teams to resolve complaints quickly. • Market Research & Lead Generation: Track market trends, identify potential clients, and cold-call or network to schedule meetings. • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all client paperwork, KYC checks, and financial transactions comply with company policies and legal regulations.
