We are looking for an Architect with 3 years and above of experience to handle architectural design and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Create architectural designs and drawings.
- Understand client requirements and timelines
- Coordinate with engineers and other consultants
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Review construction drawings and materials
- Site visits to monitor progress
- Manage timelines and resolve design or site-related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Valid architectural license
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or similar tools
- Solid design, technical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
