Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to oversee daily automobile bodyshop operations, supervise workshop teams, coordinate vehicle repair activities and ensure quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accident repairs, denting, painting, workshop management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily bodyshop operations and repair workflows.
- Supervise bodyshop advisors, technicians, denters and painters.
- Monitor repair quality, team productivity and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate repair estimates and insurance claims, where applicable.
- Allocate workforce, tools and workshop resources efficiently.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Handle customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate workshop records and update repair details in the system.




- Monitor team performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with workshop procedures, safety standards and quality requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

- DME, DAE or BE in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in automobile workshop or bodyshop operations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle accident repairs, denting and painting.
- Valuable computer skills and experience using workshop management systems.
- Excellent leadership, team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage repair schedules, workshop productivity and customer expectations.
