We are looking for an experienced, result-driven Tele calling Executive to join our marketing and admissions team

We are seeking a candidate with prior experience in an aviation academy or aviation training institute who can effectively engage prospective students, counsel them on aviation career opportunities, and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students and parents through calls and follow up on course enquiries.
- Explain aviation courses, eligibility criteria, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Generate interest in aviation and related qualified training programmes.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and admissions team to achieve monthly admission targets.
- Re-engage inactive leads and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students.

Eligibility Criteria

- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in an aviation academy or aviation training institute.
- Proven experience in telecalling, student counselling, educational sales, or admissions.




- Strong communication and convincing skills in Malayalam and English.
- A target-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into admissions.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with prospective students and parents.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems will be an advantage.
