Skin Heal Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Assistant to support our day-to-day HR and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, good with communication, and comfortable coordinating with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily HR and administrative activities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate employee attendance, leaves and weekly-off schedules
- Assist in recruitment, screening and interview coordination
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee documentation
- Maintain and update employee information
- Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees
- Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters
- Support employee communication and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR files
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
- Handle other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Freshers can apply
- Prior HR experience will be an advantage
