We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive Technical Support Engineer – Waterproofing to join our team and support project execution, customer satisfaction and quality excellence.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical guidance on waterproofing systems, conduct site inspections, coordinate project execution and supervise site teams. The role also involves preparing quotations, issuing work orders, coordinating materials and ensuring that all waterproofing works meet the required quality and safety standards.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong Civil Engineering background, practical site experience and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support & Site Inspection

- Provide technical guidance to site engineers, contractors and clients on waterproofing methods, products and application techniques.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and identify suitable waterproofing solutions.
- Recommend appropriate materials and application methods based on site conditions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Explain product specifications, application procedures and best practices to customers and site teams.

2. Project Planning & Execution

- Plan, coordinate and monitor waterproofing project activities from commencement to completion.
- Supervise labour teams and contractors to ensure proper execution of work.
- Monitor project timelines, workmanship and productivity.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Manage multiple site activities and provide regular progress updates to management.

3. Quotations & Documentation

- Prepare accurate project quotations based on site measurements, material requirements and labour costs.




- Prepare and issue work orders with clear scope, timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain site inspection reports, work progress records, material consumption details and client communications.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams for estimation, execution and commercial follow-up.

4. Quality Control & Safety

- Ensure waterproofing applications comply with company standards, product specifications and project requirements.
- Conduct periodic quality inspections and monitor application procedures.
- Identify workmanship issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and proper handling of construction chemicals.
- Support inspections, testing and handover activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Client & Team Coordination

- Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Resolve technical complaints and support after-sales service requirements.
- Provide technical inputs to the sales team during client meetings and project discussions.
- Build positive client relationships through timely support and professional service.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil construction, waterproofing or construction chemicals is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of waterproofing systems, site execution and construction materials.
- Experience in site supervision, labour management and project coordination.
- Ability to prepare quotations, estimates, work orders and site reports.
- Solid communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good planning, time management and team leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and basic project documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
