- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sales targets and increase two-wheeler sales.
- Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and guide showroom sales executives.
- Customer Handling: Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Lead Management: Monitor enquiries, follow-ups, test rides, bookings, and conversions.
- Daily Sales Monitoring: Review daily sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with stock and logistics teams to ensure vehicle availability.
- Finance & Insurance: Coordinate vehicle finance, insurance, and registration processes.
- Marketing Activities: Plan promotional activities and local campaigns to generate enquiries.
- CRM Management: Ensure proper customer data entry and timely follow-up.
- Performance Review: Conduct regular team meetings and monitor individual performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
