Job Description

Shardey Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating with site teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality and safety standards at the construction site.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the project site.

* Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

* Read and interpret civil engineering drawings and layouts.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.

* Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship.

* Ensure compliance with site safety rules and company procedures.

* Track daily progress and prepare site reports.

* Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team to resolve them.

* Maintain site records, measurements, and construction documentation.

* Support the project team in completing work within the planned timeline.

Qualifications

* Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.





* 1–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction or site engineering.

Required Skills

* Knowledge of civil construction and site execution.

* Ability to read and understand civil engineering drawings.

* Basic knowledge of construction quality control and safety procedures.

* Valuable communication and coordination skills.

* Problem-solving and time-management abilities.

* Basic computer skills; knowledge of AutoCAD, A and MS Excel is preferred.

experience with Autolevel machine.

* Ability to work effectively with site teams and contractors.

Preferred Candidate

* Candidates willing to work at Vadodara or Dahej, Gujarat.

* Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

* Candidates should be comfortable working at project sites.
