Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying current business opportunities, promoting corporate canteen and catering services, developing relationships with corporate clients, and acquiring new contracts from companies, IT parks, factories, offices, and other commercial establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach companies, factories, IT parks, offices, and other corporate establishments for canteen and catering services.
- Generate new business leads and develop potential corporate clients.
- Arrange meetings with HR Managers, Admin Managers, Facility Managers, and Purchase Managers to promote canteen services.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, menus, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential customers to convert business leads into confirmed contracts.
- Visit client locations to understand their food service requirements, employee strength, budget, and operational needs.
- Maintain good relationships with existing corporate clients and identify opportunities to expand services.




- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth implementation of newly acquired canteen contracts.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities in the corporate catering sector.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports, including client visits, leads generated, quotations submitted, and contracts secured.
- Achieve assigned marketing targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of corporate catering and canteen services.
- Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and business reports.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Development Manager

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
