Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage our raw material store operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, material handling, stock reconciliation, and team leadership.

Candidates with experience in electronics, electrical, automotive, lithium-ion battery, or similar manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities-

- Manage end-to-end raw material store and warehouse operations.
- Handle material receipt, inspection coordination, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and ensure material availability for production.
- Ensure accurate inward and outward entries in the ERP system.
- Track stock movement, material consumption, shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving inventory.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Accounts, and PPC teams.
- Ensure proper material identification, bin location management, FIFO/FEFO practices, and traceability wherever applicable.
- Maintain documentation for GRN, material requisitions, stock transfers, returns, and other store transactions.




- Handle inventory audits and implement corrective actions for discrepancies.
- Lead, supervise, and allocate responsibilities to store staff.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S, safety, and efficient utilization of storage space.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports for management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10 years to 15 of experience in stores or inventory management in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of all store department functions and inventory control.
- Hands-on experience with ERP-based inventory management is mandatory.
- Experience handling inventory of 2,000+ SKUs/items or a comparable inventory volume.
- Proven experience in team handling and store operations leadership.
- Knowledge of GRN, material issuance, stock reconciliation, cycle counting, and inventory audits.
- Good command of MS Excel and inventory reporting.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Local candidates from Yamunanagar and nearby areas will be preferred.
- Candidates from electronics, electrical, automotive, engineering, or battery manufacturing industries are encouraged to apply.
- Must be comfortable managing a raw material store in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.
- Candidates should have practical ERP experience and the ability to independently manage store operations.
