1. Job Purpose

Generate and follow up solar leads through telephone calls, understand customer requirements, explain basic rooftop solar solutions, schedule site visits, and coordinate qualified leads with the field sales team.

2. Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective residential, commercial and industrial customers.

Follow up on leads received through digital platforms, website, referrals and other sources.

Explain basic information about rooftop solar, savings, subsidies, financing and installation process.

Understand customer electricity consumption and identify potential solar requirements.

Qualify leads and forward complete customer details to the concerned sales executive.

Schedule customer appointments and site visits for the field sales team.

Maintain daily call records, lead status and follow-up dates in CRM/Excel/Google Sheets.

Follow up regularly with interested customers until conversion or closure.

Coordinate with sales and installation teams whenever required.

Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and qualified-lead targets.

3. Educational Qualification

Minimum:



12th Pass / Intermediate.

Preferred: Any Graduation.

Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields is an advantage.

Freshers with positive communication and customer-handling skills can apply.

4. Key Skills

Excellent Telugu communication and basic-to-good English communication.

Good telephone etiquette, active listening and customer handling.

Lead generation, convincing and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM data entry.

Positive attitude, discipline and target orientation.

Ability to explain products and benefits clearly.

Basic solar industry knowledge is an advantage.

5. Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in telecalling, telesales, solar, real estate, banking, insurance or similar sales roles is preferred.

Confident communication with customers and consistent follow-up ability.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
