Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and experienced Food Production Faculty to join our Hotel Management / Hospitality training team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical training in food production, culinary techniques, kitchen operations, and professional cooking standards. Key Responsibilities - Conduct engaging practical classes in Food Production. - Demonstrate various cooking methods, techniques, and food preparation procedures. - Train students in Indian, Continental and International cuisines. - Teach kitchen organization, equipment handling, mise en place and food preparation. - Provide practical training in soups, sauces, stocks, vegetables, meat, poultry, fish, rice, pasta and other culinary preparations. - Train students in bakery and basic pastry techniques, where applicable. - Ensure proper food hygiene, sanitation and kitchen safety practices. - Teach basic menu planning, portion control and food cost awareness. - Prepare lesson plans, practical schedules, assignments and assessments.



- Monitor and evaluate students' practical performance and theoretical knowledge. - Maintain attendance, academic records and assessment reports. - Guide students in developing professional kitchen discipline and workplace skills. - Support students with internship, placement and career preparation. - Maintain a professional and safe training-kitchen environment. Required Qualifications - Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or a related field. - Relevant professional kitchen or hotel industry experience preferred. - Previous teaching/training experience will be an advantage. - Strong practical knowledge of food production and culinary operations. - Good communication, presentation and student-handling skills.
