We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Fresher with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.

Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.

Maintain and update employee records and recruitment trackers.

Assist with HR documentation and day-to-day administrative activities.

Support the HR team in employee engagement and other HR-related tasks.

Requirements:

Any graduate; HR/Business Administration preferred.

Positive verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Willingness to learn and grow in HR.
